Our Goal is that all our customers are satisfied with their orders email orders@springbokcompanyltd.com with any concerns (include order number in subject line). Alcohol returns can only be facilitated if product is spoiled or otherwise unfit for consumption.
No Cash Refunds all return will be exchanged or customers given online store credit.

No exchange or store credit on sales/promotional products.
No Exchange on Items purchased with Gift Cards.
No Exchange on Items purchased with loyalty/rewards points.
